Minuets, Passepieds, Gigues, Bourrées, Tambourins, Cotillon or just Contredanses: Dances for two couples. Only one Cotillon with 6 couplets (the "original-one" by Feuillet). These dances are thoroughly choreographed and meet the requirements of demanding French dancing masters. At least in the first half of the 18th century.
